I had never been the subject of a 360-degree Performance Evaluation. I hoped that the insights gained from the broad survey (42 respondents) and Cathy's data analysis/ interpretive expertise would help me become a better program administrator and leader. To be honest, asking your board members, staff and professional colleagues to provide anonymous and honest feedback about how they perceive you personally and professionally is scary.
